Order multiple items

You can only buy one item per order. If you wish to purchase several items, you will need to place each order separately.

Shipping, handling and delivery

Shipments, handling and deliveries will be made directly by Polar. See Polar Shop Policy for more information.

Multiple shipping addresses

You can only provide one shipping address for each order. If you shop for people with different addresses, you must make each order separately.

Accepted methods of payment

The ACK store accepts the following online payment methods via Stripe:

     Visa
     MasterCard

Currently, we do not accept online payments by debit cards and gift cards.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, credit card online purchase orders from this website will be accepted by the CKA only if the name and billing address match the name on the credit card. buyer's credit card and at the address indicated on his credit card file. If the information is not identical, your order will be refused, even if the transaction has been authorized by your bank. In this case, the CKA will contact you to obtain the necessary information to credit your purchase according to the original online payment method. The information obtained will be kept confidential. An online purchase invoice will be sent to the email address provided during the online purchase order.

Credit Card Registration and Data Retention

We offer the ability to save one or more credit cards to your Stripe account so you do not have to re-enter your payment information for future purchases. As a security measure, no confidential data is kept on our servers. Only the first four and the last four digits of your credit card will be displayed in your ACK account so you can quickly identify credit cards. You can manage or delete at any time a credit card registered from your Stripe account.

Your payment information is securely stored at Stripe, the credit card processing platform we use for payments made on cka.ca. Stripe is Canada's largest debit and credit card processing company and provides you with the highest level of security in your transactions from our site. By choosing to save a credit card in your Stripe account, you consent to the confidential and secure transmission and storage of your information in the form of a payment token on Stripe's servers. At any time, you can terminate this agreement by deleting your credit cards registered from your Aubainerie.com account. You will be notified by email if there is a change to this consent agreement.

Returns and exchanges

If the item you purchased is no longer suitable, the Polar Shop Policy will be applied. The ACK will not be held responsible for returns, exchanges, breakage or other damage of the goods from the ordering process to delivery including returns and exchanges. Check out Polar's shop policy for the procedure.

Sales tax

The CKA levies sales tax on items ordered through this website. The sales tax rate that applies to an order depends on the delivery address of the order. The 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in all provinces, except for the following provinces where the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: New Scotland, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (15%) and Ontario, (13%).

If you return an item for a refund, the taxes you paid for that item will also be refunded. However, you will not be refunded for taxes paid on the shipping and handling charges of this item as these charges are not refundable once the package is shipped.

Before making a transaction, the CKA asks you to carefully read the terms of online purchase of the website to be well informed of all elements surrounding the sale.

Online items offered

We have made every effort to represent as faithfully as possible the articles on our website. However, we can not guarantee that the color representation on your computer screen is accurate.

Online orders

From the online store, you can view and inform yourself about each item before making the purchase. You must choose the item by color and then the province of delivery to see the details of the fees. To order, simply continue the process by completing the delivery address form and proceed to payment. If you want to order another color, you must go back to the previous page.

Checking your order

After making your payment, you will receive an order confirmation and payment to the email address you specified by completing the delivery form. Note: You can not cancel or make changes to an order when all payment steps have been completed. You must wait for the receipt of your item and return it to Polar according to the Polar Shop Policy. The CKA will not be able to refund it until Polar confirms receipt of the returned item.

limitations

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place on our website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, household or order. These restrictions may include orders made by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and / or orders with the same billing and / or shipping address. In the event of an order modification or cancellation, we will attempt to notify you by communicating by email and / or the billing address and / or telephone number provided at the time the order was made.
