Thank you to all the Kinesiologists across Canada making a difference in the health and lives of many Canadians! Connect with your Provincial Kinesiology Association for activities and promotions in your province.

About kinesiology

Kinesiology is the science of human movement and exercise. From cells to society, Kinesiology uncovers the biomechanical, physiological, neurological, and psychosocial mechanisms that drive human function and performance.

The practice of kinesiology is the assessment of human movement and performance and its rehabilitation and management to maintain, rehabilitate or enhance movement and performance.

Kinesiologists are healthcare professionals that use evidence-based research to treat and prevent injury and disease, and to improve movement and performance.
